Once this has been done the process for admission is:
The SEN Team will send an F4 form to the school for Governors to sign and return. (The F4 form is a request for a place at the school ) If the request is accepted a transition meeting with be held – this is organised by the transition lead, Suzanne Davies. At this meeting parents/carers and professionals share information to ensure that the transition into school is successful. A home visit will be arranged between parent/carer and school. A starting date is agreed either at the transition meeting or during the home visit.
Transport arrangements are via the SEN team and not through the school.
