World Book Day

It is World Book Day on Thursday 4th March.

Whether your child will be in school or learning remotely from home, we would like to celebrate the event by inviting children to dress up as their favourite book character. If your child would be uncomfortable dressing up, wearing their own clothes on the day will be absolutely fine.


We have a wide selection of books and lots of fun activities that your child's class teacher will be sharing with you throughout the whole of next need, so please keep an eye out on Dojo for these. 

If you are a parent or carer of a child aged 25 or under, who has a visual impairment or Dyslexia, you can sign up for free to become a member of Custom Eyes Books service. You will be able to order custom made books, designed especially for your child, at the normal recommended retail price. To celebrate World Book Day, they are offering a free custom made book for every registered child. You can register by using the link below:
